DiveSheet.com processes information you provide directly when using our diving scoresheet service:

• Meet information (event name, date, location)
• Diver information (names, schools, grades, coaches)
• Dive details and scores entered into scoresheets

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and display diving scoresheets
• Provide and maintain our service
• Improve user experience and functionality

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Scoresheet content never leaves your browser. The analytics services described below receive usage data about how the site is used, not the content of your sheets.

All scoresheet data is processed entirely within your browser. We do not store any personal information, diving data, or scoresheet content on our servers.

Sheets you are working on are saved automatically to your browser's local storage every few seconds, so they survive a refresh and are there when you come back. See the next section for how that works and how to clear it.

Our Draft Manager feature uses your browser's local storage to save dive sheet drafts on your device. This lets you:

• Save dive sheets as drafts for later completion
• Resume work on partially completed dive sheets
• Manage multiple drafts with custom names

DiveSheet.com uses two analytics services to understand how visitors use the site. Neither receives the content of your scoresheets.

• Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. It may use cookies.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, and produces session replays and heatmaps. We use these to find parts of the site that are confusing or broken. Clarity may use cookies. See Microsoft's privacy statement for how Microsoft handles that data.

Our hosting providers also keep standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as part of serving the site and defending it from abuse.

You can limit analytics with browser privacy settings or a content-blocking extension. Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere.
