Three steps to a finished sheet.

Enter meet details

Start with the competition name, date, location, and pool specs.

Add divers

Diver name, school, division, and the dive list with positions.

Preview the sheet and export a print-ready PDF.

02 · Validation

Catch errors before the meet.

Real-time checks against competition rules so you don't walk into a meet with a non-compliant sheet.

How to use it

  1. 01Enter at least one dive to see the validation panel appear.
  2. 02Toggle validation on or off in the sidebar.
  3. 03Open Advanced Settings to disable individual rules.
  4. 04Review highlighted issues and fix them in place.

Severity levels

Errors
Must be fixed — block submission.
Warnings
Advisory — review for compliance.
Info
Notices, no action needed.

Rules checked

No duplicate dives
Each dive must be unique.
Group coverage
One dive from each of the 5 groups.
Safety restrictions
Blocks 104A, 304A, and 402A.
DD limits
Degree-of-difficulty caps on voluntaries.
Dive count
Correct number for the format.
Position validity
Allowed positions per dive.

Live form feedback

  • • Banned dives flagged the moment they're typed.
  • • Duplicate detection prevents you from adding the same dive twice.
  • • Submit button stays disabled until the dive is valid.
  • • Live results update in the sidebar as you go.

03 · Drafts

Your work, autosaved.

Auto-save

Progress saves automatically after step 1. Close the tab without losing work.

Manage drafts

Use the Drafts page to view, load, rename, or delete saved scoresheets.

Resume work

When you return, you'll be prompted to resume an unfinished sheet or start fresh.

Heads up — drafts are stored in this browser only. Export to JSON if you want a backup.

04 · Export & print

Print-ready in one click.

PDF export

  • — Click Download PDF in the preview step.
  • — Includes all dive details and scoring areas.
  • — Use it digitally or print it.
  • — Confirm the download finished before closing the tab.

Print settings

  • — Letter size (8.5" × 11").
  • — Margins set to Normal or Narrow.
  • — Enable “Print backgrounds”.
  • — Preview before printing to check the layout.

Before you print

  • — Verify all diver information is correct.
  • — Check dive numbers and positions.
  • — Confirm degree-of-difficulty values.
  • — Run validation to catch any remaining issues.

  • — Print extras for the meet — accidents happen.
  • — Keep a digital copy for next season.
  • — Test print quality before competition day.
  • — Laminate copies for poolside use.

05 · Troubleshooting

When something goes wrong.

Page won't load or crashes

  • Clear browser cache and cookies.
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily.
  • Check your internet connection.

Validation errors won't go away

  • Read the error message carefully.
  • Check which dive numbers are flagged.
  • Verify dive codes are entered correctly.
  • Try toggling validation off and on.

PDF won't download or print

  • Check popup blocker settings.
  • Try right-click → Save Link As.
  • Make sure there's sufficient storage space.
  • Switch browsers if it persists.

Lost a draft or data

  • Open the Drafts page from the header.
  • Look for an auto-saved version.
  • Try refreshing the page.
  • Note: drafts are local-only, not on a server.

Diving FAQ →
How do I save my scoresheet?
Click Download PDF in the preview step, then save or print from the PDF. Confirm the download completed before closing the page.
Which format should I choose?
Use 6-dive for high school and club meets. Use 11-dive for championship competitions. When in doubt, check with your meet director.
Can I edit after creating?
Yes — modify any field until you close or refresh the page. Use drafts to save work between sessions.
What if validation shows errors?
Red errors must be fixed before downloading. Yellow warnings are advisory. Click on a message for specific guidance.
Is my data secure?
All processing happens locally in your browser. Nothing is sent to or stored on our servers, and there's no tracking.
Why won't my PDF download?
Check popup blockers, try right-click → Save Link As, ensure sufficient storage, or switch browsers.
How do drafts work?
Progress auto-saves after step 1. Use the Drafts page to manage saved scoresheets. Drafts are stored locally on your device only.
What browsers work best?
Modern Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge all work well. Use the latest version for the smoothest experience.
